Brinell hardness test which adopts heavy testing force and shows large indentation is apply to measure hardness value for big grain metal materials such as casting parts, nonferrous metals and alloy, various tempered steel, hardening and tempering steel, specially for soft metal such as pure aluminum, lead, tin, etc.

1. Error of loading force exceeds ±1.0% or instability, the common reasons and solutions:
1.1 The loose of force blade, you should adjust the force and tighten it.
1.2 Force blade and fix point will wear the loading force error, you should adjust the blade
1.3 Position block of loading lever is incorrect, you can adjust it accordingly and let it suit, then fixed it.
1.4 Compression spring pocking, increases the friction between resistance and principal axis, you should clean the pocking or replace it.
1.5 Loading bumpy, with shaking phenomenon, you should get rid of the abnormal phenomenon.
