HVS-10Z integrates with technology of optics, mechanics, electronics and computer. It is the hardness testing machine for Vickers scale measurements, specially designed for measure the micro, thin and interface cladding materials, and it is widely used in scientific research organization, factory and quality inspection department.

● HVS-10Z equips with 10x, 20x objective and 10x digital measuring eyepiece system, the excellent optical path and repeatable auto-turret ensures that HVS-10Z has the accurate orientation and sharp image to meet the precision Vickers hardness testing for any metal material;

● HVS-10Z equips with 5’’ LCD screen, the large LCD screen friendly displays the measuring methods, testing force, indentation length, hardness value, dwell time of the testing force as well as the number of measurements;

● HVS-10Z has the function of hardness conversion, it can change the Vickers scale to the 14 scale of HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRF, HV, HK, HBW, HR15N, HR30N, HR45N, HR15T, HR30T,HR45T;

● Digital CMOS camera and 8’’ monitor is available for vision measurement, and CCD camera,CCD adapter, Vickers measuring software and PC system is available for more accurate measurement;
