Auto Vickers Hardness Tester Vexus HVS-30/50AZ is widely used for the Vickers hardness testing for the metal materials and metal work-piece, and it is widely applicable at the field of aerospace, automotive, watercraft, metallurgy, iron and steel, machinery manufacturing, etc. It is a high-end and efficient Vickers hardness testing machine for material disposal and researching in the workshops and institutes.
Instrument Features:
Vexus HVS-30/50AZ mainly equips with precision force loadingunloading system, auto-turret, LCD display and panel, CCD adapter and camera, PC system, auto-platform and auto-controlling-measuring-software MD1000. Vexus HVS-3050AZ has two-kind of measuring model, one is by main instrument ,it is traditional measurement operation; another is by software.
By Vickers measuring software MD1000, all of the operation is by mouse except the focus-finding manually, which makes the operational step of hardness testing much ease and simple. Most of important, the auto-software MD 1000 avoids the human-error and improves the accuracy of measurement.
