Brief Introductions:
Vexus SHR-45C is an effective automatic digital Rockwell testing machine with high accuracy, reliability and durability, it is applied at the workshops and measurement departments for determining the Rockwell hardness of the material of ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Instrument Features:
● Vexus SHR-45C is a half automatic and intelligent hardness testing machine, except to lift up the anvil to touch the specimen and select the test force: 15Kgf (147.1), 30Kgf (294.2), 45Kgf (441.3N)in hand-knob manully, the other operations are entirely automatic.
● The testing force, the process of loading, dwell and unloading,the hardness testing value, and the corresponding converted scale are displayed on LCD screen automaticlly.
● Vexus SHR-45C system will remind the operator to select the corresponding testing force and indenter after scals choosing, and the automatic hardness testing and digital 0.1HR resolution display avoids the man-made error and enhance the measuring accuracy.
● Vexus SHR-45C force knob adopts the metall material to replace the plastic material, it improves the instrument using- life greatly;
●Vexus SHR-45Chardness conversaion among hardness scales: HRA, HRB, HRC, HRD, HRF,HV, HK, HBW, it doesn’t need the operator to trace and check the fussy hardness comparison table again.
●Vexus SHR-45Csaves,displays and analyzes the value of maximum, minimum,avaverage and tolerance automaticlly, the mini-printer prints the main measuring data automaticlly, and it supports PC communication in RS232 interface and cable.
