PHR-100 Magnetic Type Rockwell Hardness Tester
Brief Introductions:
Used for testing iron and steel work pieces.
Able to test the large-size work pieces which are assembled, unable to cut and inconvenient to move such as the large-size mold, steel plate, steel tube, steel structure, boiler, pressure vessel and metallic pipeline etc.
Able to test the hardness of welding lines and heat affected zones.
Able to directly test the work piece with a flat surface; able to test the tubular specimens of certain diameters with additional optional adapters.
The test can be performed on the tilting or vertical surface as well as on the level surface.
Instrument Features:
The world No. 1 Rockwell hardness tester designed according to the principle of Rockwell hardness test, capable of testing the hardness of metals by touching only one side of the test piece.
The test head of the Rockwell hardness tester is adsorbed on the surface of iron and steel by magnetic force, without giving support to the test piece.
The testing accuracy complies with ISO6508, no lower than that of the bench type Rockwell hardness tester.
Fast and easy testing without sampling; any large work pieces can be tested with only one flat or curved surface available for holding the instrument.
The testing results meet the requirements of the product standards or drawings of most work pieces without conversion.
Able to take the place of Leeb hardness tester of low accuracy in most cases
